| The Pizza, Pasta & Italian
Food Association (PAPA), formed in 1977, is the trade body representing the pizza, pasta
and Italian foods industry in the U.K. In addition to providing a focal point for the
industry, PAPA undertakes a number of activities in support of its members. These range
from the publication of Pizza, Pasta & Italian Food magazine, to the
maintenance of a supplier register and the provision of member/subscriber Advice Lines,
Legal Helplines, and Information Services. |

|
| The Association is a
non-commercial and non-financial body run for the benefit of members by a commercially
responsible Secretariat. Under this structure the Association itself has no financial
liabilities or responsibilities. Thus members cannot be held liable for the commercial
aspects of the Association. All the commercial
activities of the Association are run by Trade Publications, a wholly
commercial organisation which takes total responsibility for the management and financial
administration of the Association and its affairs. |

| As the
voice of the pizza, pasta and Italian foods industry, the primary objectives of the Pizza,
Pasta & Italian Food Association are: |

integrity of the pizza, pasta and Italian foods market for the benefit of consumers by
encouraging good practice in the making of both pizza and pasta. |
